DETOX FRUIT INFUSED WATERS

AHHHHH HYDRATION...



Here are some great cleansing water recipes to get the day off to a refreshing start.  

You will need a 32 oz mason jar to mix these up. Double the recipe and make them in a 64 oz pitcher.  Sip it all day. 

Infused Water 1: Cut 4 strawberries, 1lime and 1/2 cup of blueberries. put it in a mason jar , fill with water and let it sit for a few hours or overnight. I like to drink it right away sometimes. Who has time to wait?

Infused Water 2: Cut 1 lemon, 1/2 cucumber and 1/4 cup of roughly chopped fresh mint leaves. (Leave the mint leaves whole if you let the water sit overnight) Put everything in a mason jar, fill with water and let it sit for a few hours or overnight. 

Infused Water 3: Cut 1 lemon, 1/4 cup of fresh roughly chopped mint, 1/2 cup of raspberries, put in a mason jar , fill with water and let it sit for a few hours or overnight. Don’t chop the mint if you plan to leave this overnight.  This one is especially good if you make it the night before!

Infused Water 4: Cut 1 lime, 1 lemon and 1 orange into wedges.   (I love blood oranges but a navel will do just fine for this purpose). Put everything in a mason jar , fill with water and let it sit for a few hours or drink right away.  This one is very refreshing. If you want to drink it right away, squeeze the citrus and put the juice directly into the water, instead of the fruit slices.  Omg. So good!

You can add aloe vera juice or green tea to any of these infused waters for extra healing boost.
