Berry Custard Decadence! OMG...!

This easy and cheap whip is one of my favorites to eat after a workout to replenish glycogen stores and to add some antioxidants to my day.  This is refreshing and light, no fat and energizes me when I am wiped out after a good workout.

This recipe is for one person.

1/2 frozen banana broken into pieces (you can use a whole one, but I try to minimize the banana flavor)
1 cup of mango
1/4 cup of berries fresh or frozen  (I used strawberry and blueberry)

Dump all of the above into a high speed blender and blend until creamy.  I like to stir in protein powder and eat and eat and eat.


I found these ice cream cone cups online and lurve them!



Served up and ready to go!
