Bargain Basement Holiday Fat Loss Salad - $8 feeds 2-4

This is a wonderfully festive salad that keeps for a few days in the fridge in the right container.  It is loaded with greens and other foods that provide disease prevention and immune boosts!  Plus it's PRETTY!  Mine was pretty boring served in Lock and Lock airtight storage container (purchased on QVC), but you could really rock this if you put it in a pretty bowl or on a platter.  Bear with me....I'll get more creative. I promise.  😘
