Spicy Salad to Go! Cheap, Easy and Gooood!

This is a favorite throw together salad I like to make and take.  It's easy and fun for parties, lunch at work, light dinner and also works well to stuff into two pieces of bread for a to go sandwich.  
I like to let it sit overnight to let the flavors marinade but it's not mandatory. 

Directions

Combine a can of drained and rinsed chick peas with red onions, red peppers,chopped celery, minced garlic, red pepper flakes and rosemary in a medium bowl. Dress salad with apple cider vinegar and oil, salt and pepper.

You can use any vinegar and oil combo you like.  Apple cider is said to help burn fat.  I also like to use white vinegar and lemon infused olive oil. (Ooooh fancy!)
