Cold and Flu Season Soup - Vegan and Cheap!

This is so easy when you want some warm antioxidants to cure all that ails. 

Quinoa noodles or regular pasta, tossed in some hot water with white miso paste, cubed firm tofu, crushed red pepper for those pesky sinuses.., and Italian parsely.  

This is easy cuppa soup that is healthy and will soothe a cold, flu or cold snowy day.
