Day in the Life of Cheap and Raw

Breakfast

32 oz Orange grapefruit and mint juice

Lunch

Four bananas and 1/2 cup of cashew mylk

Snack

Banana 
Rest of orange juice from breakfast

Dinner

Pineapple and spinach smoothie

Large kale salad with cranberries and pumpkin seeds


Veggies and fruit give me energy like no other!
