Quickest Dinner Ever!

This is my favorite go to meal when I have one tomato, one lemon and possibly some fresh herbs in the fridge that need to be used up.  (Dried herbs work fine too!)

Toss some hot pasta in olive oil, garlic powder or smashed garlic clove, red pepper. Cut up a tomato and add to the pasta.  Top with fresh herbs. BOOM!

Dinner is served. I love this after an evening run.
