What I Ate Today! Energy on Blast!

Breakfast was four bananas, an apple and split pea soup. 

Lunch was more bananas (I forget how many. Probably about 3), handful of almonds and cashews and a fresh mango. 

Snack was a big glass of unsweetened pure cranberry juice.  

And dinner was a big bowl of this lovely nicecream made from honey, vanilla, strawberry and frozen bananas.  


This water rich fruit filled day gave me so much energy, I barely slept last night!
I was up at 3 working out!  Vrooooom vrooommmm!
