Smoothies For Breakfast OH MY!
Here's a new recipe I tried today. Try and let me know what you think.
2 cups frozen pineapple
6 ounces coconut water
5 fresh basil leaves (a handful. I don't know if it was five or not)
Blend on high until smooth. Add a little maple syrup or raw sugar if you like it icky yummy sweet!
Drink...enjoy ....bliss. 💛
I've dropped two pants sizes by subbing meals for smoothies or juice a few times a day and lifting very heavy weights over my head several times a week. Try it. You might be surprised at your results.
