Here is my version of breakfast in bed.
When you eat clean, you need to eat a high volume of food. You can't just have a small piece of fruit for breakfast and expect to be satiated.
One of the hardest things for me when trying to make sure my diet is full of whole plant foods, is enjoying eating out and the other guilty pleasures. It's the social things I miss.
Here I have ice water, three mangoes, two peaches and orange. Served on a cutting board instead of a plate. (Knife included)
In the cup is a Cashew Cappucino.
