Fresh Juice. Cheap Post Workout Refresher!

I just came back from a run in the cold.  Everyone I know has a cold, so I am replenishing and warding off evil with this easy whole fruit juice. Lots of vitamin C to boost the immune system. 

This is serving for one.  3 small nectarines or tangelos. 3 cups of water.   1 scoop of fruit and veggie powder. Blend until smooth and slam it down to feed your cells within 30 minutes of your workout.
